I’m Elena Rossi — female libido specialist, somatic bodyworker, writer, speaker, author of two books, and a devoted wife and dog mom.

my work

My work sits at the intersection of sexuality, psychology, and the nervous system. A sensual connoisseur at heart, I support women in exploring sexuality not as performance or pleasing the other, but as a deeply nourishing source of vitality, meaning, and connection.

Through private coaching, I help women untangle desire, overcome sexual challenges, and create an erotic life that feels relaxed, embodied, and genuinely fulfilling. My somatic bodywork sessions support the release of long-held stress and trauma imprints from the body, allowing safety and pleasure to return organically.

my approach

My writing and teaching are known for their no-bullshit, science-based approach to sexual wellbeing, intimacy, and relationships — and are followed by thousands of women worldwide. I speak and write about authentic eroticism, devotion, commitment, and the kind of deep love that matures rather than fades.

I work with women from all walks of life — from busy entrepreneurs to public figures, from mothers navigating new seasons of intimacy to women just beginning to explore conscious, mature sexual relating. With degrees in Business, Psychology, and a Masters in Leadership, I run my own company and have built and sold several successful wellness concepts in the past.

my personal life

I currently live between Denver and Amsterdam with my husband Ry and our dog, Blue. All three of us are cozy homebodies at heart however we also love adventures. (Hiking in Hawaii is next on the list!) When I’m not working, you’ll find me writing my next book, working on puzzles while drinking hot chocolate, jump roping in the backyard, camping in the woods, and savoring quiet moments with the people (and pup) I love.

My work is grounded in years of committed study, my own healing journey, and years of working with women. Rather than relying on one set of credentials, I strive to continually deepen my knowledge through education, mentorship, and embodied practice—allowing my work to evolve alongside the women I serve.

I am devoted to staying in conversation with new insights in sexuality, embodiment, trauma-informed care, and relational healing, while also honoring what the body teaches beyond theory. I regularly invest in continued training, professional supervision, and personal practice, ensuring my work remains attuned, ethical, and responsive.
